01
Information collected
The Project Brief Builder can collect contact details, country, company, optional messaging contact, project description, product and room information, scope preferences, technical files, source/landing page and campaign context. The minimum public form requires only the information needed to start a project conversation.
Technical drawings and other attachments are treated as project files. They are validated by the server, stored outside public website assets and indexed to the relevant enquiry record for authorized review.
02
How information is used
Information is used to review the requested cold storage or refrigeration project, organize follow-up, maintain project history, allocate the relevant supplier or technical partner where needed, and protect the service from misuse. Necessary project information may be shared with a technical or delivery partner only for the requested evaluation and only where relevant to the project scope.
Marketing permission is separate and is not preselected. The first release does not claim that a notification email service is active unless that service is configured.
03
Production details still required
Before public production launch, the operator must publish the confirmed legal entity, privacy contact, applicable retention period, jurisdictional rights process, final partner-sharing terms and any required local disclosures. Until then, this is a transparent implementation notice rather than a substitute for final legal review.
