Food Processing Refrigeration

Connect receiving, preparation, chilling, freezing, holding and dispatch to the actual production schedule. The focus is the temperature transition and process duty, not a generic warehouse description.

Retrofit & Modernization

Start from the installed system, operating records, shutdown limitations and control visibility. A staged approach can make surveys, isolation, temporary capacity and commissioning conditions easier to define.

CO2 Refrigeration Options

Review CO2 as a configuration route against duty, site conditions, safety strategy, local competence and delivery scope. The route helps identify questions for a proper technical review rather than promoting a universal architecture.

01

Choose the route that exposes the real project constraint

The first useful decision is not a model number. It is whether the project is driven by room operation, a production temperature transition, a replacement constraint, a system architecture question or a delivery interface. The solution routes below turn those starting points into a focused technical brief.

Cold warehouses, food processing plants and modernisation projects can share equipment families but do not share the same duty. Use the relevant route to collect the operating facts, identify the compatible equipment conversation and move toward a defined scope.

02

See the system as four connected operating zones

A refrigeration project usually joins a plant room, heat-rejection equipment, room or process terminals, and controls. Product load, access, drainage, electrical supply, service clearances and local installation responsibilities connect these zones. The selected solution route makes those interfaces visible before a proposal is compared.

Questions to discuss

Frequently asked questions

What information is useful before a solution discussion?

Start with product, incoming condition, room or process target, dimensions, daily movement, operating hours, country, project stage and the scope you expect. Available layouts and equipment records are useful; unknown values can be identified for follow-up.

Can equipment supply and a complete cold-store project be discussed separately?

Yes. The project can distinguish equipment, terminals, piping, controls, insulation, local installation, civil and electrical work, commissioning and training. The actual responsibilities are recorded in the project scope.

Can an existing cold store be upgraded while operating?

That depends on survey findings, product protection, shutdown windows, temporary capacity, electrical and piping interfaces, and the planned sequence. Retrofit work should start with these continuity conditions.
